TS Franklin was located approximately 90 miles or 145 KM east north-east of Grand Turk Island. The Tropical Storm Warnings for Haiti and Turks and Caicos Islands have been discontinued and the All Clear has been issued. The impact to the states was minimal and no significant damage was reported.
