Strategic Leadership Development Programme for Senior Officers of National Disaster Organisations

Strategic Leadership Development Programme for Senior Officers of National Disaster Organisations

This course will equip senior officer in CDEMA Participating States with the “soft” skills of leadership, strategic programme management and relationship management, through which they can build high-performing teams and increase operational efficiency.

At the national level, Disaster Risk Management actors in leadership positions require both strong technical knowledge and experience, and the skills to lead strategically. While the technical competencies may be common, DRM leaders may struggle to cultivate the latter, softer skillsets.
