The Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA) received financing from the Caribbean Development Bank towards the cost of Consultancy to Establish Policies and Procedures at The CDEMA Coordinating Unit to Comply with Pillar 9 of The EU Pillars Assessment and intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this financing to eligible payments under a contract for which this invitation is issued.
