Main Objectives Document that includes the main measures that rural families must comply with when establishing the different phases of emergency. This material has been prepared considering the experiences of the response to tropical cyclones that have impacted Cuba in recent years (Ivan, Dennis, Gustav, Ike, Paloma, Sandy, Matthew), and the risk to which the resident family is subjected to in rural and mountainous areas, vulnerable to landslides, floods (pluvial, fluvial and coastal) due to the impact of rain (flooding of rivers, streams) and the sea, as well as the projection and fall of trees, due to the strong winds.
